Subject: mid-Century country music
15-minute PSA/recruiting program hosted by Charlie Applewhite & featuring Ferlin Husky

Recorded at the Bradley Studios AKA the Quonset Hut Studio on 16th Ave (S) in Nashville. Looks like Johnny Gimble on fiddle but he looks real young so I'm not sure. Ferlin Husky does his Simon Crum act.

Ferlin Husky sings:

I Feel Better All Over (More Than Anywhere's Else) - released in 1953
I'll Baby Sit with You - released in 1955

Cathy Copas sings:

Love Me Now (While I am living)

Ferlin Husky does impersonations of Tennessee Ernie Ford, Webb Pierce, Red Foley, Kitty Wells (!).

Cathy Copas and Ferlin Husky sing:

Hey Good Lookin'
